The City Government of Bacoor, under the leadership of Mayor Strike B. Revilla, officially launched the STRIKE Program and its flagship initiative, the “Bida ang Kalusugan Caravan,” on June 3, 2026, at the Bacoor Coliseum in Barangay Molino 3.

Organized through the Office of the City Health Service headed by Dra. Ivy Marie Yrastorza, the launch was attended by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, Vice Mayor Rowena B. Mendiola, Ms. Louisiana M. Olea, Community Development Officer, and Bacooreños from different barangays across the city.

STRIKE, which stands for Serbisyong Tapat at Rumeresponde para sa Inklusibong Kalusugan at Edukasyon, is designed to bring essential government services directly to communities, making healthcare and public services more accessible to every resident.

Through the “Bida ang Kalusugan Caravan,” Bacooreños can access a wide range of free services, including medical consultations, health screenings, check-ups, medicines, and health education programs that promote wellness and disease prevention.

The initiative reflects the city government’s commitment to inclusive healthcare by ensuring that services are available to all ages, sectors, and communities throughout Bacoor. By bringing healthcare closer to the people, the program helps eliminate barriers to access and promotes a healthier, more informed community.

Guided by the principle of “At Home Ka Dito,” the STRIKE Program demonstrates Bacoor’s continuing dedication to responsive, compassionate, and people-centered governance—where every resident’s health and well-being remain a top priority.
