S.T.R.I.K.E. Gymnasium, September 28, 2026 — The City Government of Bacoor, led by Mayor Strike B. Revilla, together with the Sangguniang Panlungsod headed by Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista-Mendiola, formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement with AKOGARE JAPANESE LANGUAGE TRAINING CENTER, INC.
Through the City Livelihood and Development Office, Ms. Carmelita Fabian Gawaran led and signed for the City Government. Representing AKOGARE were Ms. Chikie Garcia, President, and Ms. Maricris Ermino, Marketing Manager.
The agreement establishes a Japanese Language Training Program for residents of Bacoor. The initiative aims to equip Bacooreños with language proficiency and globally competitive skills, opening doors to better employment opportunities and sustainable livelihood.
Mayor Strike B. Revilla emphasized that this partnership reflects the city’s commitment to uplifting every resident through meaningful training and inclusive progress. Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista-Mendiola and members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod also joined the event, affirming their full support for programs that advance the welfare of the community.
