The Bureau of Fire Protection Tanauan City Fire Station headed by FCINSP ROWENA S RAMOS, City Fire Marshal awarded the Certificate of Completion to the students from Tanauan City Integrated High school, Balele Integrated High School and Pantay Integrated High School and Tanauan City Academy for successfully accomplishing their 80 (Eighty) hours On-The-Job Training Program as part of their school curriculum.
Students were taught things they have not done and knew before, like how they stop different classes of fires, they also learn what are the main causes of fire and how to prevent it and what shall they do once it happens and what are the guidelines in safety precautions, what are the different types of fire extinguisher. Being a firefighter is not an easy job, but knowing that kind of job is very risky in a way that they could die any moment while performing the job. (Bfpphoto/Renante Arjay Jarobel/Marjorie Mahusay)
