The local government unit (LGU) of Trece Martires City, Cavite accepted a total of 986 families who graduated as beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) during the Pugay Tagumpay Graduation Ceremony last November 11, 2025.
In her message, City Mayor Gemma B. Lubigan congratulated the beneficiaries for their improved living conditions and assured them of their continued support.
“Sa bagong yugto bilang exited 4Ps, hindi kayo iiwan ng pamahalaan, patuloy kayong gagabayan at bibigyan ng suporta. Magkakaroon ng mga bagong programa at iba pang support services na makakatulong sa inyong transition upang mas mapalakas ang kakayahan ng bawat pamilya, mapaunlad ang kalagayan, at masigurong magtagumpay sa pag-abot ng mas maliwanag na kinabukasan,” shared Mayor Lubigan.
As an initial intervention to the graduates, the local government conducted information sessions after the ceremony that introduced various services from the partner agencies and other stakeholders.
Some of the stakeholders present were the provincial level offices of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), and PhilHealth, Pag-ibig Fund Dasmarinas, Public Employment Service Office, Cebuana Lhuillier, and Card SME Bank.
Meanwhile, the graduates of the 4Ps were grateful to the DSWD, the local government, and all the other stakeholders for their support since being registered as a beneficiary of the program until now that they are graduates from the program.
“Nagpapasalamat po ako at ang aming buong pamilya dahil sa 11 years naming sa programa ay nakapagtapos sap ag-aaral ang aking mga anak at sa kasalukuyan ay may kani-kaniya nang matatag na hanapbuhay. Buong puso po ang aming pasasalamat na nagging bahagi kami ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program ng ating pamahalaan,” shared Marianita Dacer, one of the 4Ps graduates.
