On May 2, 2024, a medical and dental mission took place in Barangay San Francisco, General Trias City serving more than 400 beneficiaries. The activity organized by the provincial government of Cavite through the Office of the Provincial Governor in partnership with the Office of the Provincial Health Officer and the local government of Gen. Trias City addressed the healthcare needs of residents, especially medical and dental care.
The medical team, comprising doctors, nurses, and support staff, offered a wide range of services including medical check-ups, consultations, and the provision of prescribed medications. For dental care, services such as dental check-ups, tooth extractions, and oral health education were provided, addressing various dental concerns and promoting preventive measures for oral hygiene.
Board Members Morit Sison and Kerby Salazar, some local officials and community leaders expressed their gratitude to everyone involved in making the mission a success. Likewise, they commended the collaborative efforts and reaffirmed the city’s commitment to promoting health and wellness initiatives for its residents. Barangay Captain Clodualdo Mendoza also extended his appreciation to the organizers and volunteers for their dedication and hard work in serving the community.
