Inauguration, and Blessings of the Newly Constructed Cavite PPO Basketball and Tennis Court, coincide with the Turnover of 25 Patrol Cars and  Communication Equipment

Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite – Hon. Juanito Victor C. Remulla, Provincial Governor, and PBGen Jose Melencio C Nartatez Jr., Regional Director, PRO CALABARZON, graced the inauguration and blessing of the newly constructed Cavite PPO Basketball and Tennis Covered Court, and the turnover of mobile patrol cars  and communication equipment held at Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, Poblacion 1A, Imus City, Cavite on February 21, 2023.

The construction of the covered courts started last November 15, 2022 and it was completed on February 15, 2023 with a total cost of Php6,813,572.40. This project was  supported by the Provincial Government of Cavite under the leadership of Governor Juanito Victor C. Remulla in line with the modernization program of the PNP.

Aside from this project, additional mobility and communication equipments were donated: 25 units of Toyota Wigo with an amount of Php14,035,00.00; 1 Lot of UHF/FM Digital Repeater with GPS with unit cost of Php9,705,287.00; 50 units of UHF/FM Digital Base Radio amounting to Php2,800,850.00; 120 Units of UHF/FM Digital Mobile Radio amounting to Php4,922,040.00; and 500 units of UHF/FM Digital Portable Radio amounting to Php18,888,500.00 with a total amount of Php50,351,677.00.

RD Nartatez, Jr., praised the leadership of Hon. Juanito Victor C. Remulla, for this project, as these new establishments and communication and mobility equipment will boost the morale of the members of the Cavite Police.

I encourage each and everyone to continue our duties and responsibilities para makabawi tayo hindi lang kay Governor pati na rin sa community at constituents dito sa province ng Cavite, he added.

Meanwhile, Governor Remulla stated in his message that if the government and police work hand in hand, we can do a lot; we have commitment, peace, and progress; we have to be partners always, night and day; in doing so, we will become better; we will become a better province; we will become a better police force; and we will become a safer community.

On behalf of the men and women of Cavite Police, PD Olazo extends his heartfelt and sincere gratitude for the untiring support of the Provincial Government of Cavite. He also acknowledges the invaluable contributions of the other stakeholders, the members of the community, who not only inspired the police and government officials but also played an active role in the realization of this project.
