BATANGAS— In our brief but fruitful conversation with the low profile and soft spoken PLT COL RUEL LITO T FRONDA, Chief of Police Lemery Municipal Police Station states that the town is considered one of the peaceful Municipality in Batangas. It recorded Zero Crime Rate in two weeks.

Crimes mostly committed are theft and robbery. In regards to drugs related cases fort coming transit drug dealers thru nearby provinces are apprehended.

The Police Chief is now alarmed by the high incidents of household rapes which involve relative of the victims. To prevent the said crisis they conducted massive barangay seminars regarding Anti Rape Bill which aim to educate families on how to avoid and deter the incidents of rape.
