Ang Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Trece Martires katuwang ang City Social Welfare and Development Office, City Youth Development Office at Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines – Trece Martires Chapter ay nagsagawa ng 2023 Trece Martires City Youth Congress cum Leadership and Empowerment Training.

Ito ay ginanap sa Cavite Provincial Gymnasium na dinaluhan ng mga kabataan mula sa iba’t-ibang barangay sa ating lungsod, mga organisasyon tulad ng youth at youth-serving organizations, school organizations at civil society organizations, at mga aspiring youth leaders.

Bilang bahagi ng programa ay nagkaroon po tayo ng usapin ukol sa Adolescent Health, at Mental Health and Empowerment.

Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng ating mga nakasama at nakiisa sa araw na ito.
