CITY OF MANILA—The Department of Public  Works and Highways North Manila District Engineering Office under the leadership of Engr. GERALD P OPULENCIA, District Engineer recently conducts road concreting and reblocking works at S.H. Loyola St. between Craig and Metrica Street; between Metrica and Maceda Street.

The road rehabilitation at S.H. Loyola Street with a length of 31.50 linear meters and width of 4.50 linear meters will require a partial road closure (one lane). Mobilization of equipment will construction activities includes breaking and hauling of existing concrete pavement, followed by base preparation after which is the pouring and curing of concrete pavement.

Motorists are advised of traffic slowdown in the affected areas and to use possible alternate routes. The said project will improve road conditions and ease traffic to facilitate motorist less travel time in the area. (Dpwhpio/Renante Arjay Jarobel)
