The Bureau of Fire Protection National Capital Region thru the leadership of FCSUPT NAHUM B TARROZA, DSC, BFP NCR Regional Director recently officiates a successful Turn-Over Ceremony, a traditional custom in uniformed personnel that aims to practice diversity and exposure to all fields of the bureau.
