The Department of Public Works and Highways Batangas 2nd District Engineering Office (DEO) was ranked 3rd in the search for 2022 Most Outstanding District Engineering Office Award.

DPWH Batangas 2nd DEO lead by District Engineer Sonia D. Paglicauan received the award from President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., together with DPWH Secretary Manuel M. Bonoan and Senior Undersecretary Emil K. Sadain during the 125th DPWH Anniversary Celebration.

Awardees of the Most Outstanding District Engineering Offices were rated based on their technical performance at 40 percent, planning performance at 10 percent, financial management at 20 percent, procurement management at 20 percent, and resolution rating on stakeholders’ complaints which weighs 10 percent.
